I. Snowfleet’s Rights

• Payment via Paypal Invoice Only

• I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason – I also reserve the right not to explain myself for any situation.

• I reserve the right to post or not post my work on any Social Media platform. If I have requested not to post my work online, the commissioner does not have the right to post it privately.

• If a commission falls through or the original sketch is not to a commissioner’s liking, I reserve the right to reuse the sketch for any future works.

• Reference Sheet is required – If you are trying to get a design figured out, please message me.

* - I have nothing against the community; I do not fully feel I can represent them properly. However, I can draw the two in question in a picture together, just not in a sexual manner.
 
 
II. Clients Rights

• The client may request to keep the commission private

• The client may request to be anonymous unless the commission is a gift

• The client may upload the work, as long as it does not infringe upon the term in Snowfleet’s Rights, as long as:

  • Watermark is not removed

  • Credit is given

  • Linked back to my original post on DeviantART

 

• The client may use the commission as a Wallpaper, print, icon, etc.

 

• The client may add small edits, such as text, simple BG to transparent files.

 

• Any large edits will add the client to my block list.

 

• My work is to not be used commercially.

 
 
III. Payment & WIPS

• I will send the client an invoice once they have approved the initial sketch.

• I will refine the sketch and send it for one final approval. This is the point where the client must ask for specific changes. The client has a right to redline for anything specific.

This term is for anything other than Sketch Pages.

• Payment should be paid in full within 7 days’ time from the moment I send the invoice.

• Any last-minute changes that are significant will incur a $15 charge.

• Full resolution I will upload to Stash, unwatermarked. This is for Client use only and may not be uploaded anywhere.

 
 
IV. Turnaround Time
I always try to get my commissions done in a timely manner. It is your hard-earned money and I recognize this. I, as another human being, ask for a little grace when getting work done. I’m a full-time mother and commissions are currently a side income.
I can sometimes get work done within a week, but can take as long as two months. Since there is such a large allowance of time, the client may ask for more than one WIP. These post WIP’s will have a large watermark.
 
 
V. Refunds

• If for any reason I find myself unable to finish your commission, full refund will be issued.

• If the client wishes to cancel the commission after seeing the sketch, I will refund 50% of your commission and reserve the right to recycle that sketch however I see fit.

• Once the commission is completed or near completion, no refunds will be eligible.
